Byron L. Barton:
My name is Byron L. Barton, I have Been rated by the VA 100% disable due to exposure to Agent Orange while in service of Vietnam War.
I suffered an illegal foreclosure in Washington state in 2014. I have been in eight courts; King County District Court, applied King County District Court, Superior Court of King County, appeal within 30 days for reconsideration, Washington State Supreme Court, and requested a federal question in federal court.
The judge of the federal court ruled in favor of the Bank. I have appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court ( SCOTUS ), a second appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court for under the color of law. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that all under the color of law must to be returned to States Court.
My proof of fraud can be found in my 2014 Complaint in exhibits that was recorded in the King County Records that our foreclosure was nullity. Any action taken by the Bank after this recording constitutes fraud.
The first illegal action was by the Bank ( Chase ) which instructed Quality Loan to act as trustee which Chase Bank had no legal authority to do. Quality Loans then instructed the Sheriffs Office to remove the Bartons for sale of their home which Quality had no legal authority to do so.
The Sheriffs came about 6:00 am inter our home and held my youngest son at gun point for removal from our home. I was later removed from my hospital bed and left on the street. I had friends that took me back to my home and I had water reconnected.
Three months later I was forcefully removed from my chain bed and taken to a Hospital under suicide watch which I never would even consider. Then after 48 hours the VA came to see me and ask if I wanted to go to the VA. I said yes and I started my three months of rehabilitation from my heart attack and stroke. My family found a home in Renton, WA which we have paid for rent for ten years at $3,000 a month.
Byron has agreed to help us and direct in this wonderful project we call taking Actions for Justice in the USA! We may not all agree on politics, but we think we all agree on working towards a common goal of having Peace in this trubulent world among all the Peoples.
