1.) When did you buy your home and what liens were on it?

2.) If it was your homestead who foreclosed and how were they able to evict you?

3.) Why did the Judges not obligate the other party to mediate and reach a settlement agreement?

4.) Why was your seventh amendment right to a trial by Jury denied?

5.) What actions do you recommend other homeowners to take against Judicial Corruption?

6.) Was your loan sold into a Remic Trust, what was the closing date on that Trust, were you ever told your debt had been paid and satisfied when your loan was sold into the Remic Trust.

  • Address association: He has been linked to 9 Sylvester Court, Norwalk, CT — a waterfront property reportedly valued around $3.4–3.5 million.
  • Foreclosure and eviction: Pritchard was involved in a long-running mortgage/foreclosure dispute with Citimortgage Inc. (and later related entities). The case resulted in a court judgment against him, and he was ultimately evicted from the home. In May 2022, he publicly claimed the mortgage company was trying to “illegally seize” the property. connecticut.news12.com
  • 2022 Arrest: On August 29, 2022, during the eviction process at Sylvester Court, 59-year-old Pritchard was arrested by Norwalk police for first-degree criminal trespass and interfering with an officer after he reportedly refused to leave and resisted. A second person was also arrested at the scene. He was held on a $10,000 bond. Some reports mentioned an ax being present during the incident.
