Ninth

The Ninth Circuit ( https://www.ca9.uscourts.gov ) has many important Appellate decisions to make before year end, regarding multiple ongoing cases of immigration, foreclosures and evictions, which will change the future of average immigrant American families and their land and homes for years to come.

A few come to mind but amongst the most important are the cases of families who were granted a Temporary Restraining Order ( TRO ) and Preliminary Injunction ( P.I. ) to stop an imminent deportation and/or stop foreclosures and evictions from their homes. ( https://cgrs.uclawsf.edu/legal-document/plaintiffs%E2%80%99-motion-temporary-restraining-order-preliminary-injunction )

Homeowners in the United States purchase land to farm in the country, or live in cities where they work and build their homes. Condos are becoming ever more common for young couples due to the increase in the cost of real estate over the years which has been growing at an alarming rate. An average home has gone up 4 times in cost since 1953 ( see https://dqydj.com/historical-home-prices/ ).

Most Americans want to pay off the land and homes as soon as possible, and go to their local Banks for average 30 year loans. That is how it used to be. Now there are “Lenders”, both private and public which have you sign loan documents electronically over the internet. As a result of these quick and easy loans the economy in the USA, (and around the world), suffered the financial crises of 2008, where more than 100 banks and lending institutions failed in one day. Since 2008 to date over 20 million homes have been lost and families evicted from their homes and land.

Now in 2025 we ask ourselves if 2008 is going to repeat itself? The main issues before the Courts today are very simple. Are Real Estate Lending Laws being followed by these private investors and are the Courts protecting home owners against Real Estate corruption and fraud? Are our constitutional rights to own our land and our homes tax free being respected? Or have local, state, and federal governments, along with other agencies, crossed the line in taxing and controlling our private and personal property?
