We and hundreds of other citizens echo your call for HELP. Here in Illinois the elderly have become the predator class’s prime target and any complaint as to the loss of human rights being promulgated by the Dominant political organizations is quashed.
Once targeted a senior ceases to be a person and any resistance is severely quashed. It is all legal – a corrupt judge issues orders and the predators run rampant. Today the Campasano is being rapped up, and Dean Sallas (who was reduced to living in his vehicle) has disappeared – I intend to do a search today.
So procrustean is the dehumanization of the elderly by the political organization and its Elder Abuse beneficiary benefactors that no stone is left unturned.
As an example – Mr. Sallas desired to attend by Zoom the Court proceedings involving the dehumanization of his wife occurring in the Circuit Court of Cook County.
He sought the assistance of Attorney JoAnne Denison. Ms. Denison taught Mr. Sallas to use ZOOM!A complaint against Attorney Denison was filed with the ILLIONIS ATTORNEY REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY COMMISSION OF THE SUPREME COURT OF Illinois by an attorney for the Guardian and allegedly by an attorney for the Byline Bank. The IARDC immediately sent out a “trial attorney” to question Ms. Denison concerning her temerity to give aid and comfort to a targeted FINANCIAL ELDER ABUSE VICTIM and a Subpoena was alleged sent out for Mr. Sallas’ google account. Complaints to everyone in sight concerning the obvious violation of Human Rights occurring in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois yielded a truck load of sympathy, flushed out many many really good people – many in public service – but zero results. Mr. and Mrs. Sallas’ retirement accounts – valued at about 8 million dollars net net – were dissipated, Mrs. Sallas was chucked away in a nursing home, Dean Sallas was barred from visiting with her and reduced to residing in his car. Ms. Denison remains suspended from the practice of law and most importantly victims of government sanctioned FINANCIAL ELDER ABUSE remain without a remedy direct, indirect, ****.
Corruption reigns and no one gives a damn! An Attorney who ventures to complain concerning the FINANCIAL ELDER ABUSE conducted with Court attorney in violation of 720 ILCS 5/17 – 56 et al faces suspension of his/her law license and the citizen complaining the Dean Sallas effect – being evicted from his home and reduced to living in his vehicle – or the Sophie Campasano effect – the Court ignoring your rights as a spouse, refusing to recognize your marriage, confiscation of your property and even your privacy. Sophie complained that he husband’s guardian even rummaged through her underwear drawer. Mr. C has died – but the guardian is still at the Court house seeking more Court orders granting it money and interference in Sophie’s life. Complaints to Illinois authorities have resulted in Zero assistance in just about every situation. Complaints to Federal authorities =and especially the CFPB are yielded zero results.
Where are the law enforcement authorities? Where are those elected representatives who talk endlessly about working for our civil rights? They are out there spending billions of dollars on television advertisements telling us how they are saving us from ******! and if we attorn to them and their lack of actual concern for their oaths of office *****!! We hope that Dean Sallas’ car has room for more elderly this winter – with the concern of our elected officials and their make work do nothing Consumer Financial Protection Bureaus it may be our elderly’s best option to weather the winter!
