First we must make the disclaimer that every American has attorney-client privilege and is protected against any intrusions and violations of their constitutional rights to privacy and not to be discriminated against.
From the evidence you have sent us thus far, we believe the Department of Justice ( DOJ ) has made a mistake in the arrest warrant they have issued against you since that is not your legal name nor correct date of birth.
It is tantamount that since you are a U.S. Veteran, and have not committed any crime, you contact Veterans Affairs ( V.A.) asap and have them provide you with an Attorney to represent you in Florida. Apparently you are telling us that you have not been there nor committed any crime there. The Court must know this asap and have your name removed from any list.
This is not the first time this has happened in Latino Communities across the United States and we have reached out to Pam Bondi and Marco Rubio to investigate this matter of clear and convincing discrimination. You are an American Citizen and Veteran of this country so you should not have any issue with resolving this confusion asap.
